Over the last few weeks we have been heavily involved with the WHSmith Travel Conference, and have provided them with a full media solution from beginning to end.

Representing the stores located in airports, train stations, hospitals and other non-high-street shops, the store managers are gathered together annually for 2-days of presentations, activities and awards. This year it was held in the Radisson Blu Edwardian at Heathrow.

Warner Vision created and delivered ALL the following for WHSmith:

• Shot and edited 12 separate videos, that were inserted into various presentations by different speakers, including the main opening video.  These were shot in London and Edinburgh and included many visual effects to tie in with the conference theme “Mission Possible”.
• Created 14 Oscar-style awards stings and animations. Plus recorded testimonial audio pieces (of the winners), that were inserted into the presentation.
• Operated the AV at the live event itself, including controlling the PA, announcing the presenters onto stage, placing mics on the speakers, organising and playing walk-on and incidental music, operating the Macs with the content, live-switching to VT etc.
• Filming and live-mixing the presentations with multi-cameras for delivering post-event.
• Documenting with still photos of the event over the 2-days, including shooting the winners of the awards and group-shots.
• Supplied all content for viewing/distributing and download post-event

We have worked with WHSmith for their annual event four times now (over a 3-year period) and like to think of ourselves as an extension of their own teams, working alongside them.  The feedback from the client has been very positive indeed, with many compliments being given to us, including this very nice testimonial from the Stores Director Jacqueline Kelleher:
